How to File a Moving Claim or Complaint

In the event that some of your goods get damaged or go missing during your move, please give Element Moving and Storage the chance to fully investigate and respond in writing with a resolution to the issue. What to Expect When Filing a Claim
After you enter your information online, a Claim Acknowledgment Confirmation Notice will be sent to you via email, confirming that your claim/complaint has been received and entered into our Moving Claims’ electronic system.

How Long Does I Have to File a Claim?
For local jobs, Element Moving clients must file a claim within 90 days.
For long distance jobs, clients have 9 months to file their claim.
How Long Does the Claims Process Take?
Your claim will be processed within 90 days.
