Element Moving and Storage was established in 2010 when Elle and Lee Nesher, a married team, believed moving companies needed to treat their customers as more than just a number. The goal was to offer a boutique service that would cater to specific individuals with a deep appreciation for their belongings. Their high expectations—along with our outstanding service for their specific needs—vamped up the company to the all-encompassing moving and storage service it is today.
Lee had many years of experience in the moving industry. He knew exactly what customers were looking for when choosing a mover, and therefore could execute and satisfy. Additionally, he learned what other companies failed to execute, and what their weaknesses were. Elle, with her business experience, used her skills to organize, construct, and attract new clients. In just less than a decade, they grew their number of jobs per month by 400 percent (monthly average!). Together, with a highly-qualified operations staff and a workforce of professionally-certified movers, Element Moving and Storage, LLC has become one of Austin’s and Dallas’ most incredible small business success stories.
