Jeff Akin is a highly skilled Relocation Specialist at Element Moving, with a passion for networking and developing new business opportunities. Jeff previously worked at Element for three years before moving to Arizona with his family and has now returned, bringing his wealth of experience and expertise to the company. With many years of experience in the moving industry, Jeff has developed a deep understanding of the business and has built strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Outside of work, Jeff is a proud father of two children and a grandfather. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and exploring new cultures. Jeff is an active member of his church and serves as a worship leader. He finds great joy in using his talents to praise the Lord and inspire others. Jeff’s dedication to his work and his family makes him a valuable asset to Element Moving and a well-rounded individual.

As a seasoned logistics expert and dedicated family man, I bring a unique blend of skills and passion to my role at Element Moving and Storage. With several years of experience in the industry, I’ve honed my expertise in warehouse management, fleet operations, and team leadership. My strong leadership and organizational skills enable me to streamline processes, drive efficiency, and ensure seamless moves for our customers.

Mary keeps the Element Moving office running at full speed. Her incredible efficiency and attention to detail ensure that every call is answered, data entry is handled flawlessly, and leads are prioritized for the sales team. She’s the behind-the-scenes powerhouse, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Her ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything organized sets her apart. Whether managing the flow of incoming inquiries or keeping the team on their toes, Mary is the glue that holds it all together.

With over five years of experience in customer service and warehousing, Brii brings a strong operational foundation and a sharp eye for detail to her role as a move coordinator. Originally from California, she relocated to Texas to pursue greater opportunities and professional growth within the logistics and transportation industry.

Known for her meticulous nature and incredible attention to detail, Brii makes sure questions are answered, concerns are addressed, and nothing falls through the cracks. Her experience in fast-paced environments has strengthened her problem-solving skills, while her calm and organized approach makes her a valuable part of the Element Moving team.

Outside of work, Brii is a proud mom to a baby girl. She enjoys spending time with her family, staying active at the gym, and taking yoga classes whenever she gets the chance.

Abigayil is the Executive Assistant at Element Moving and the operational backbone of the office. With a degree in Communication Disorders and Psychology from UT Dallas, she comes from a background in speech therapy and early childhood education. She has worked as a therapist, a Judaic preschool teacher, and—her biggest job of all—a full-time mom of four.

Abigayil brings discipline, compassion, and structure to Element. She keeps workflows tight, details handled, and communication clear so our clients and team always feel supported. If something needs to get done, Abigayil makes sure it happens.

Outside the office, she’s usually with her kids, or decompressing with a book, a horror movie, and music always playing in the background.

Jason brings years of hands-on experience in dispatch, fleet management, and logistics operations to his role as Dispatcher and Warehouse Manager at Element Moving & Storage. Throughout his career, he has managed large delivery teams, coordinated thousands of routes, and overseen fleets of commercial vehicles in fast-paced environments.

Known for being organized, dependable, and quick on his feet, Jason helps keep the moving pieces behind every Element move running smoothly. From coordinating crews and schedules to overseeing warehouse operations and equipment, he works closely with the operations team to make sure our crews have what they need and our customers’ moves stay on track.

Outside of work, Jason has a serious passion for BBQ and enjoys firing up the smoker whenever he gets the chance. He’s also a dog lover and enjoys playing guitar in his downtime.
