Element Moving Customer Review
I just spent 3 days with the greatest moving team ever! After 23 years, my parents downsized and moved to a beautiful Independent Living apt… a crazy, chaotic and emotional experience. We hired Element to move them. From my first call, to Element, I was “WOWd”. Kyle Langford, the Sales Manager, felt more like a friend, walking me through the process. As a business owner myself where project mgmt is key I really appreciate a well thought out plan with attention to detail rarely seen these days. A 3 day process with white glove service…if I had asked Kyle if he knew of a company to do a move out cleaning, I’m confident he would have had a company recommendation for me.
He scheduled Lisa to come to my parents home to provide a quote. She was equally as knowledgeable and accommodating. She left a brochure that answers every question I could have asked and I received a detailed estimate via email by the next morning. A few days later, I called Kyle back panicking we wouldn’t be done purging, donating and prepping. He suggested Bee Organized to help. He had the owner reach out to me and within a day or so, I had 2 “Bee’s” assisting. They have thought of everything. We received updates, check-ins and a call a day before from Earl (on a Sunday) to confirm the date and time and to review the insurance we included that covers anything that could go wrong.
We actually scheduled 2 moves; a main move over 3 days (Tues, Wed, and Thursday) and Pre- move the day before that handled just the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. so we’d be up and running the min they unpacked. The 2 man team that showed Monday morning were awesome. Jessie, the Supervisor and another guy came in, got everything packed including 80 bottles of wine we were having them drop off at my sisters and had it all unloaded and unpacked in record time.
Tuesday AM 8am the core team showed on time. A 6 man team supervised by Eleazar who coordinated, managed, directed that crew like he’d been trained in the military. He seemed to be in a million places at the same time. Everytime I needed something or had a question I swear all I had to do was look up or call his name and he would appear. Lol.
My parents have spent a lifetime filling their home with beautiful things, valuable sculptures and art and expensive furniture and rugs. Eleazar and every member of the team treated my parents and all their possessions with kid gloves . Everything went as Kyle had promised and on time. Day 1 – Packing Day. Eleazar showed up and got everything handled so fast it makes your head spin!
Day 2 – Moving Day, they showed again, on time and had everything loaded up within hours and to the new apt without one issue. They unloaded close to 90 boxes and bins and left me sweating about how it would all get done by 6pm the next day. Eleazar showed the next morning at the apt and had every bin and box unpacked by about 3.30pm.
I don’t leave recommendations or reviews often but this was exceptional service which I just don’t see these days. Eleazar and his team hung art, mirrors, moved furniture to where ever I pointed and pointed and pointed. Lol. A total Pro from start to finish.
Finally, I called Kyle freaking out a little that I had furniture that didn’t fit and unsure what to do and of course, he had a solution. Element offers storage. Of course they do…I should have known when he told me they can manage taking down Chandeliers and moving massive Grandfather Clocks.
I’m not getting a toaster, I’m not getting a discount and I didn’t get paid for the review…how could I not give a review based on the above, right? I highly recommend Element, Kyle and Eleazar…the whole team! Thank you! I’m clear this could have been a nightmare!
