Kyle Langford is the Senior Sales Manager at Element Moving and Storage. He epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of our client’s relocation. Kyle started his sales career at the young age of 14 by selling peaches on an orchid farm in Terrell, TX. After finishing his studies at Texas A&M University, he returned to Dallas and started work with several sales & marketing related positions that included the regional sales manager for a small logistics distribution firm.
Kyle now manages the sales departments and oversees several key accounts for Element such as our senior communities, interior design communities, and all new home development partners. Kyle currently resides in Richardson, TX with his fiancé and their 4 dogs.
Relocation Specialist – Joey has been in the moving industry for over 11 years. He has been a mover. Customer service representative. Dispatcher. Visual estimator. Senior Moving Consultant. He has done international shipping for major overseas clients. He understands fine art moving like no other. Loves to do corporate and Military moves. He has set up moves for Olympic Gold medalist, NFL, NBA and minor league players.
He is originally from Hialeah, Florida. Came to Texas about 5 years ago and hasn’t left because as he says “The food is just too good”. He has two puppies that he considers his kids and a wife that he loves almost as much as his puppies. He also enjoys longs walks on the beach and fatty foods. Favorite movie: Secret life of Walter Mitty. Favorite TV show: LOST. Favorite NBA team: Miami Heat. Believes in aliens. Hates cabbage.
Customer Relations Manager
As the Customer Relations Manger for the company Jazimine was blessed with the ability to attentiveness to the customers.
She is the go-between for the customers and the operations team ensuring every move goes smoothly.
Jazimine also works closely with all of the charities that Element is a part of. She spends her free time with her family and friends.
Outside Sales & Business Development
Lisa is an extremely accomplished Business Development and Outside Sales Representative at Element Moving and Storage, with 30 years’ customer service experience, she ensures clients with peace of mind during their transition. She considers every move as it if were her own, her attention to detail and market knowledge assist her in giving clients accurate and affordable quotes.
Before her tenor at Element Moving and Storage, Lisa was a respected realtor who understands the ins and outs of transition that comes with a move. Big or small, she knows it all—her judgment is respected and trusted. Lisa loves spending time with her family and her beloved Chihuahua Gucci! She enjoys shopping, great food and loves to travel.
Sales & Business Development Specialist
John is a highly experienced Sales and Business Development specialist. John has been in the moving industry for over 7 years and has been involved in nearly all facets of the industry.
John completed his Bachelor’s Degree in 2018 and is currently pursuing his Masters of Business Administration. He currently handles visual estimates for residential and commercial relocations as well as the development of contracted services for corporations seeking to relocate their employees.
John is a native Texan residing in Fort Worth with 3 children ranging from 11 to 15 years of age and is an avid animal lover with 5 dogs.
Austin Ops Manager
Matt wears many hats at Element Moving in Austin. He not only is the operations manager handing every detail of your move whether small or large; he is also over the outside sales and business development.
After graduating from UT in Arlington, he relocated the Austin area in 2009. He has worked to provide superior customer service and to coordinated logistical operations in central Texas over the past decade. Matt strives to provide Element clients with honest in-home estimating, trustworthy punctuality, and to coordinate quality relocation services. As a proud husband and father of five, he enjoys spending free time with his wife and children.

Each of our movers is background-checked and drug-tested. They’re also vetted in the industry and very professional in appearance and service delivery. We also require ongoing training and certifications so no industry breakthrough that would ensure a higher quality of service goes unnoticed.
