The price quoted was what we paid, no surprises, and the moving team was professional and treated our household goods with white gloves. Moved from East Texas to North Central Florida. Upon arrival, Johnny and Johnny walked the residence with me before unloading and quickly and efficiently unloaded all items.

Our moving team was fantastic! They worked hard and efficiently, were personable and professional and got our 5 bedroom house packed, moved and stored as promised! We will be using them to move from storage into our new home once the build is complete!

Hands down the best moving company I have used. Eddie and his crew showed up and got it done in record time. They really went above and beyond, Abi even helped me get my own moving truck unstuck from the mud. Really friendly, great attitudes, and didn't break a single thing. On top of that, the final cost was under the initial estimate. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Totally recommended!! I reached out to them through their AI assistant over the weekend with very little expectation of hearing back, but I was pleasantly surprised when Kyle (the estimator) called me the next business day with all the details I had provided and immediately started the scheduling process. They were incredibly easy to work with, and Mike and his crew were extremely careful during the move. I was transporting two sculptures that would have been impossible to replace or repair if anything had happened to them, so their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. During unloading, I needed extra time to maneuver the pieces into place, and the crew stayed until everything was completed. Service: 10/10 Price: Fair I would definitely use them again and consider them for future projects. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They helped me with two separate moves—first from my home into storage, and then three weeks later from storage into my new house. Their work was so impressive the first time that I specifically requested the same crew for the second move, and they absolutely delivered again. From start to finish, Josue and his team were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with all of my belongings. They handled everything with great attention to detail and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and organized. Their positive attitude, strong work ethic, and teamwork truly set them apart. It’s rare to find a crew that is this reliable and consistent across multiple moves. Diego and his group did an excellent job on multiple moves that we went through during the last 7 months. They were prompt and handled multiple problems with moving from a high rise apartment into a higher rise condo. They also assembled multiple bookcases and other pieces of furniture. If we move again, they will be the first group that we seek. They have my highest recommendation for moving companies.

We (EarthX) had an incredible experience with Element Moving & Storage, especially Jeff, Carlos, and Juan. What started as a simple move quickly turned into a full week of constant changes, and they handled every single one without missing a beat. They helped us on Sunday with move-in, came back Tuesday for a room change within the venue we used, supported a scheduled clean-out on Wednesday. Then, on very short notice, pivoted to help us move multiple rooms within the venue during an unexpected situation. They wrapped it all up with our full move-out on Thursday. At one point, we had originally scheduled just 3 movers, but hours before the job we had an urgent change. Jeff immediately stepped in and upgraded us to a crew of 8. That level of responsiveness truly saved us from what could have been a disaster. Jeff, Carlos and Juan led an outstanding team. Organized, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. What really stood out was their attitude. The crew worked hard but stayed positive, joked with each other, and clearly had great camaraderie. You can tell they’re valued and enjoy what they do, and it shows in their work. We used Element Moving for a local move and they did an excellent job. They showed up on time and and started covering the floors to protect them. They wrapped every piece of furniture in blankets so that nothing was damaged in the move. They were very thorough in everything they did for our move. They made our move stress free.
