Responsibilities
- Load, pad, and unload furniture and boxes with care
- Safely move household goods through homes and buildings
- Drive 26-ft moving trucks (drivers only)
- Follow dispatch instructions and complete jobs efficiently
- Communicate professionally with clients and team (foremen)
- Assist with packing, wrapping, and assembly as needed
Requirements
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 75 lbs+
- Reliable transportation to and from our warehouse
- Valid driver’s license required only for drivers
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and strong work ethic
Pay
$18–$30/hour depending on role and
experience
(Tips and performance bonuses available)
Sales Representative
Element Moving’s sales team drives growth by connecting customers with the right moving solutions. You’ll manage leads from start to finish — answering inquiries, building estimates, and booking moves.2
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads via phone, email, and chat
- Build accurate estimates using our CRM
- Follow up consistently to close deals
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and communication
- Hit and exceed monthly booking goals
Requirements
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Experience in moving or sales preferred
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and competitive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
Base salary + commission (six-figure potential for top performers)
Operations Coordinator
Our operations team is the backbone of Element Moving. This role manages scheduling, dispatch, and job logistics to keep our crews organized and our clients happy.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily crew schedules and truck assignments
- Manage equipment and supply inventory
- Support dispatch and communicate with crews in the field
- Track job progress and problem-solve on the fly
- Provide support to management and warehouse teams
Requirements
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Experience in operations, logistics, or moving preferred
- Proficient with computers and scheduling software
- Must be calm under pressure and solutions-focused
Compensation
$45,000–$90,000/year depending on experience
