Jeff Akin is a highly skilled Relocation Specialist at Element Moving, with a passion for networking and developing new business opportunities. Jeff previously worked at Element for three years before moving to Arizona with his family and has now returned, bringing his wealth of experience and expertise to the company. With many years of experience in the moving industry, Jeff has developed a deep understanding of the business and has built strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Outside of work, Jeff is a proud father of two children and a grandfather. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and exploring new cultures. Jeff is an active member of his church and serves as a worship leader. He finds great joy in using his talents to praise the Lord and inspire others. Jeff’s dedication to his work and his family makes him a valuable asset to Element Moving and a well-rounded individual.

Irving Farela is an experienced and dedicated Dispatcher at Element Moving, where he has played an integral role in the company’s success. He began his career with Element Moving as a mover, and quickly impressed his superiors with his exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and natural leadership skills. As a result, he was promoted to the position of Dispatcher, where he oversees the entire moving operation and ensures that each job is completed smoothly and efficiently. Irving’s commitment to excellence and his ability to work well under pressure have earned him a reputation as a top-notch foreman, and he is frequently requested by clients for their moves. He is a valuable member of the Element Moving team, and his dedication to providing exceptional service has helped the company grow and thrive.

Born in New York, raised in LA — I bring East Coast hustle and West Coast chill. I’m a polyglot fluent in English, Korean, Spanish, French, and Japanese. A former TV/film pro and professional musician, I’ve always chased creativity and connection.

As a lifelong learner, I’m diving headfirst into the moving industry and everything it takes to succeed. I was a top-performing salesperson in high-end furniture, and I know how to sell, solve problems, and make clients feel like they’re in good hands.

Currently obsessed with Hebrew (language #6 — soon to be a hexaglot), and casually studying quantum physics on the side. Pop culture-wise, I’m loyal to Great British Bake-Off, Bob’s Burgers, and Squid Game. I bring curiosity, range, and real drive into everything I do.

With over five years of experience in customer service and warehousing, Brii brings a strong operational foundation and a sharp eye for detail to her role as a Dispatch Support Specialist. Originally from California, she relocated to Texas to pursue greater opportunities and professional growth within the logistics and transportation industry.

Known for her meticulous nature and a touch of OCD-level precision, Brii ensures every question is answered and every concern addressed—making her a trusted point of contact for both teams and clients. Her experience in fast-paced environments has honed her problem-solving skills, and her calm, organized approach is a key asset in the often-demanding world of dispatch support.

Outside of work, she recharges through regular gym sessions and yoga classes, maintaining the balance and focus that define her professional presence.

Abigayil is the Executive Assistant at Element Moving and the operational backbone of the office. With a degree in Communication Disorders and Psychology from UT Dallas, she comes from a background in speech therapy and early childhood education. She has worked as a therapist, a Judaic preschool teacher, and—her biggest job of all—a full-time mom of four.

Abigayil brings discipline, compassion, and structure to Element. She keeps workflows tight, details handled, and communication clear so our clients and team always feel supported. If something needs to get done, Abigayil makes sure it happens.

Outside the office, she’s usually with her kids, or decompressing with a book, a horror movie, and music always playing in the background.
