Brought element in the help with my home remodel. We need to move out of our home for six months. Our furniture would go in to storage while we went into an AirBnB. From the very beginning we knew that we had made the right choice with Element. An estimator came to our home, identified our needs, surveyed the furniture and gave us a very reasonable estimate. What really swung the deal for us was the fact that Element has their own, climate controlled storage facility. This means that they had a chain of custody from beginning to end.On moving day, a three man team showed up right on time and went right to work. They carefully and thoroughly inventoried and packed us out of about three hours. Great people, very personable and respectful.Throughout the six months of storage, Element stayed I. Telephone contact, checking on us, looking for new needs, and keeping us updated.Moving back in went just as smooth.
