Juan was lead for the crew that moved me and my family and he and his team did an excellent job. I love that everything was safely packed in crates instead of boxes. This was the first move where something wasn't broken or destroyed in the moving process. Juan communicated well and ensured everything was packed as I wanted it. They even walked through the house to ensure they got everything. My TV's were re-mounted and he even moved furniture around to ensure I got everything where I wanted it. Brought element in the help with my home remodel. We need to move out of our home for six months. Our furniture would go in to storage while we went into an AirBnB. From the very beginning we knew that we had made the right choice with Element. An estimator came to our home, identified our needs, surveyed the furniture and gave us a very reasonable estimate. What really swung the deal for us was the fact that Element has their own, climate controlled storage facility. This means that they had a chain of custody from beginning to end.On moving day, a three man team showed up right on time and went right to work. They carefully and thoroughly inventoried and packed us out of about three hours. Great people, very personable and respectful.Throughout the six months of storage, Element stayed I.
